Appeal Form: Change in Subject Combination Link
For students who are appealing, the Appeal Form is to be submitted together with Subject Option Form to the Front Counter at the Administration Office.
A receipt will be issued by the Receptionist upon receiving the appeal form.
Deadline for submission: Monday, 29/10/2012, 12 Noon.
Results of appeal will be reflected in the posting results put up on 30 November 2012. Please do not call the school to check on the status of your appeal.
